Although each job is entirely unique, we have listed a general sequence of events to give you an idea of how we work.
Ink and Watercolor Renderings:
If you desire an ink and watercolor rendering, you will forward a .pdf file with the elevation(s) and floor plan(s) that you wish to
have rendered. You should also include building colors, materials and textures.
This information should be sent to rgarciaart@yahoo.com with the contact information for the individual having approval and
payment responsibility for the rendering.
We will then be able to provide you with a cost estimate depending on the complexity of the job. We will also estimate a delivery
time.
Upon receipt of your CAD files and a 50% deposit, we will create a basic layout of the view to be rendered. After your approval, we
will finish a black and white ink rendering showing full details, shadows, textures and landscape entourage.
Once you have approved the black and white ink drawing, we will complete the rendering in watercolor. In addition to the original
mounted watercolor rendering, we will also give you, at no extra cost, a copy of the black and white ink rendering.
Photo-Realistic Renderings:
If you are ordering a photo-realistic rendering, you will forward a .pdf file with the elevation(s) and floor plan(s) that you wish to
have rendered. You should also include building colors, materials and textures.
This information should be sent to rgarciaart@yahoo.com with the contact information for the individual having approval and
payment responsibility for the rendering.
We will then be able to provide you with a cost estimate depending on the complexity of the job. We will also estimate a delivery

angle you prefer from several views that we will provide.
Upon choosing the view to be rendered, we will finish a photo-realistic rendering showing full details, shadows, textures and

rendering.
